A relaxing sky bar with wonderful sights of Phnom Penh at night. Good cocktails, we had two property signatures plus the whisky bitter, all of which content. There was a fairly easy listening Filipino band playing, as well as the band was accepting of track requests. Perfect for an evening to wind down, with neat breeze.Phnom Penh is quite sizzling
